This letterbox is hidden along the Willard Munger Trail. This trail is paved and relatively flat as it used to be a railroad bed. The box is hidden just over 3 miles away from the starting point so a 6 miles or so round trip. I would recommend you travel by bike if you are in a hurry although the scenery is beautiful so I recommend you take your time and soak it in.

CLUES:
Park your car in the lot just past the railroad tracks on 75th Ave W, which is off of Grand Ave. Get on the Munger Trail and head south. 14 miles to Carlton! Don't worry, we're not going that far! When you reach the wooden and chain link fences stop and explore. Be careful not to run over any turtles as they like to cross there on their travels from one marsh to the other. Done exploring? Keep heading south! Look both ways as you cross Riverside Dr. You'll pass under a bridge and go over a bridge. Stop and soak in the beauty of the bubbling rocky spring to your right. Keep going! You'll pass through some black rocky walls. They hold their temperature wall so it's nice to stop in between them and cool off/warm up. You're almost there! On your right you'll find a red bench. You've come a long way. Take a break and have a seat. Streeeetch your arms along the back of the bench, reach down and find the letterbox behind the bicycle. Mark the journal and replace as found.

If you pass mile marker 142 you've gone too far!

May the trail rise up to meet you. May the wind be always at your back.
