This letterbox is best to visit during late at night when most of the tourists have gone home. Be careful when getting the letterbox as it is in a place that will draw attention since you have to climb to retrieve it.
Get off at exit 56 off of I-95 North and turn right at the ramp. Once you arrive at the stop sign, continue doing straight. Leetes Island Road will merge with Indian Point Road if you stay to your right at the fork in the road by the post office. Parking should be easy if you go late at night or very early in the morning, especially during the summer months. Enjoy the beautiful view of the sound and the Thimble Islands. On the last gazebo on the end, you will find the letterbox on top of the wooden box. Be careful as it is weighed down with a rock so that it does not get blown away.
