Go to Toccoa Falls College and follow the signs to the "Welcome Center"/Falls/Gift Shop, don't stop there but continue on to a large parking lot.
Look for the old Toccoa Falls Power Plant.
Walk around it to find a black tube.
Go northwest 23 paces (girl size paces).
You will pass by a place to eat but don't stop there continue to where the hill begins.
Look for some large rocks, near a stump.
Look between them to find the letterbox.
This letterbox was placed by Girl Scout Troops 11425 and 11426 thus the "56".
