Civitan Park is located between Dustin and Butler Avenues north of 20th Street. Watch for the turn in, on the west side of the road, across from the Crossroads Church sign. Pull into the parking lot and park in the larger dirt area just to the west of the shelter. Look for the path with the yellow sign across it that reads Caution don't walk on ice (or something like that) Follow the path beyond the sign and enjoy the view of the pond. There are homes up high, on the right with river rocks down the side of the hill. Go to the end of the river rocks and railroad ties. TOO KOI is laying under the large flat rock at the end of the railroad ties.
