1. Start facing the Rotary Contennial Pavilion sign.
2. Go the the Pailion stairs, and go through the pavilion down the other stairs.
3. Go to your left and find the walking trail/path, and face the main road.
4. Turn left and walk until you see a bridge on your left (across the street)
5. Look for the sign that is to the right of the bridge. I will say "Carrier Park - Rotary Contennial Pavilion"
6. Go to the left of this side of the bridge and look for something special.... look low.
