Your adventure starts at the Game Preserve, off Corrigan Road in South Park. Before you look for the box, have a gander at the geese and say hello to the buffalo. But you won't be able to say hi to the bunnies, I'm afraid; the rabbit hutch I fondly remember from all those high school dates there is no more. Very sad.

But on with the show.

On the far left end of the parking lot, you'll see the South Park/Montour Trail connector. (side note: they should really have called it Dog Poo Trail, so watch your step.) This is where you start. Walk between the No Vehicles sign. Walk for 5-10 minutes, every once in awhile glancing to the bank on your right. You'll pass a Field Habitat Project sign by the side of the road. Keep going and you'll come to a clearing, a gravel lot with recycling bins on your right. Cross straight through, always keeping those blue bins on your right. Rejoin the trail on the other side. At the beginning the of the paved area (look for a line in the cement that almost looks like a starting line!), start counting paces. You will walk about 110 paces (I have long strides, I'm told), you'll come to a small clearing. Pass through and go back into the woods. Walk 15 paces then turn right onto the small horse path. At the fork, you will be overlooking a picnic grove. Turn left here and walk through the woods until you see the track and baseball field on your right and an old retaining wall on the left. Walk the length of the wall. At the sewer grate, count 75 paces to a telephone pole on the right. Look ahead of you and go to the 2nd telephone pole. Now turn left and look at the hillside; directly across from the telephone pole is a tree. The Bunny Box is at the base of the tree on the right.

Have fun and letterbox responsibly!
