Make your way to the Hop River Rail Trail on Colonial and Parker in Manchester, Ct. This trail starts in Manchester, but goes into Vernon. Head east on the trail until you see the large Peter Dobson's Mill sign on the left. Check out the waterfall below. After reading about the mill, turn around and cross the path heading SW. Go up the rise and just before the drop off, check the cement block at your feet, under a SPOR.
