Make your way to the Hop River Rail Trail on Colonial and Parker in Manchester, Ct. This trail starts in Manchester, but goes into Vernon. Head east on the trail until cross over Tunnel Road. Up ahead is an upright buried rail. Take 36 Steps and spot a large white boulder off the teail. Check behind.
