This box is located near the Goshen dam/ Sugar Hill Reservoir in Goshen, which is off the Goshen-Ripton road (google won't give me the Forest road number) that connects Route 73 to Route 125. The road to the dam is on the east side below the Moosalamoo Campsite and above the Blueberry Inn. The road in is bumpy. The end of the road is a cul-de-sac with a boat launch and a viewing deck to enjoy the water and mountain view.
In the center of the cul-de-sac is a ring of stones around the edge. Go to the entrance end. You should be facing a sign that says "Boat Launch Fishing Access One Way". The arrow on sign points directly to a large rock on the right. Under the east end of the rock is the "Preshwar" Letterbox.
You can go for a walk over the dam by looking in the mailbox and sign in that you are taking a walk down that trail.
