The Jackrabbit Trading Post near Joseph City, Arizona is one of the best known places on Route 66.

From the telephone pole in front of “Here It Is” sign across from the Jackrabbit Trading Post, walk 61 paces southeast. The Jackrabbit is hiding out next to a fence post under a stone and an old piece of lumber. As this is a highly visible area, take a photo of the billboard from this spot, then bend down to tie your shoe to retrieve the box. Use caution as this is rattlesnake/scorpion country. Get your kicks!
