This letterbox is hidden at the International magnet school. 625 chapel rd. South Windsor.
There are 2 letterboxes hidden on the school grounds and if your coming you might want to take the other directions to ims lonkey as well.
Start at the flag pole directly facing the school. Turn left and walk to the red and blue fire hydrant. From there count 4 trees on your right as you walk up the slight hill. From there walk forward to the lamp post and turn right. Walk down the sidewalk and count 3 street signs on your right. Look to the drive way and you till see a big white arrow on the blacktop pointing at the sidewalk. Once on the side walk turn to your left. Follow the wooden fence till it ends. From there spy a stop sign way up the hill on your left. Begin the walk towards it. As you cross the soccer fields and get closer to the stop sign before the hill there will be a path of rocks. Find this path and turn right and follow the path until it ends. At the end turn to your left and go behind the wooden fence. Follow the fence counting the black poles. Once you reach the 6th pole turn to your left. Take 16 full steps. As you are walking you should notice a small hill on your left. After the 16 steps turn to your left and walk behind the hill to a lone bush in the clearing between the small and the fence to the highway. Once reaching the bush take 10 more steps forward. Then turn to your left facing the hill and under a pile of rocks is your prize.
Once done stamping in please return where you found it and head back to that 6th black pole that you had found. Once reaching it turn to your left and continue counting 2 more poles. From there you will see a new wooden fence. Walk to the start of that fence and again follow on the back side in between the fence and the highway and countinue again counting 8 more black poles. As you reach the 8th pole you will want to follow the wooden fence until it ends/turns to the right. Stop at the corner and look forward. You will see a black fence to your right and a pond to your right. Walk forward to a lone small maple tree on your left. From there follow the black fence as it turns to the right and heads back towards the school. Once much closer to the school the fence will again turn to the right. At this point you should notice that there is a gate for the fence. Face the gate and look to your right. This is a not so well defined path into the woods. Walk down to this path and look about 20 to 30 ft into the woods for a tree with 4 trunks one of them being a dead trunk. In the middle of this tree under bark is the 2nd box.
