Easy 15 min. walk, good for kids who like ponds with croaky things in them.

From the parking lot go right to the white trail but almost immediately take a left onto blue, going up a little hill. Almost at the top is a trail going to the right that appears to be blue but stay to the left or straight ahead. Take the blue trail over a plank walkway until you come to an intersection with a pond straight ahead of you and a green trail on the right. Go left on the blue till you see a picnic area with (that's right) a RED TABLE, a couple of log benches and high on a rock, a memorial plaque. If people are picnicking, you're task will not be easy. Going past this spot you should have a stone wall on the right side of the trail. At the end of the wall (on the east side)walk back 4 steps in the direction you came. Low to the ground under an overhanging rock in the wall is the second RED TABLE. No stones will need to be moved as the box is covered with pieces of rotted wood.

Please be careful not to be seen and cover completely when finished. Thanks for visiting.
