Park at Noland's Ferry, mile marker 44.6, along the C & O Canal. Head south for .6 miles. Stop at mile marker 44. You have just crossed over Tuscarora Creek. Continue south about 20 paces. Look to your right. You will find the Tuscarora Indian in a hollow stump.
