Chambersville is a small community on a hill overlooking the rich farmland of the Blackland Prairies, near Farm Road 543 seven miles north of McKinney in northwestern Collin County. The cemetery was started the infant Lewis Cass Chambers died in 1853.
To find the walking bear enter the pedestrian gate near the flag pole and walk along the black fence until you come to a marker for Cochran. Face the back of the cemetery and find the multi trunked cedar in front of you. The box is in the middle of the cedar.
Hike length: 0.1 miles
