This letterbox is placed off of a hiking trail at Lewis and Clark Caverns... The trail is called Cave Gulch trail (located at the end of the parking lot just to the right of the gift shop)... Once you see the trail and start heading on it you'll see a small no smoking sign... From this sign you will count 30 steps until you see a smaller "V" shaped tree to your right next to a larger boulder... On this hillside is a fallen dead tree... at the base of the tree on the right-hand side is the box hidden under some rocks!!
