This is a letterbox-hybrid geocache originally listed on geocaching.com. It contains a hand-carved stamp, a log-book and some geocaching trade items. You do not need a GPS to find this box, just follow the clues below.

Find Hunter Estates Park in Stoney Creek. If you find the Home Hardware store on Highway 8, travel north from there along Spartan Ave which become Spartan Court. Park at the "court" and take the access trail into the park

Go to the playground equipment, and from there find the trail into the forest - it's paved until it reaches the edge of the forest, after which it becomes a dirt (or sometimes a mud) trail.

Go past the graffiti trees and the BMX jumps

At the Y, stay to the left.

Continue along the main train until you encounter a large rock in the middle of the trail (well, it's large for being in the trail, but no it's not a huge boulder). From this rock, continue forward 15 steps.

Facing forward on the trail, turn to your right so you are 90 degree to the trail. You might be able to see the green chain-link fence ahead of you. Head in a straight line towards the fence.

Travel 8 or 9 meters (26-29 feet) from the trail. You should now be at (or at least very close to) the letterbox. It is hidden in the hollowed out trunk of a fallen tree, facing towards the trail. It would almost be visible from the trail, except for the stump which provides some cover. Please ensure the box is not visible when you rehide it.

Hike length: 0.5 miles
