Kreutzberg Canyon Natural Area is a scenic park located along the Guadalupe River with good hiking trails. While hiking the Fossil Ridge Loop you can even look for fossils while finding this box.

Directions:
Go north on RR 474 about 5 miles to Kreutzberg Rd, turn right and go 2.8 miles to Mark Twain Dr and turn left. Go 0.8 mile to bend left and immediate turn right into Kreutzberg Canyon Natural Area. Park in first lot on left.

Clues:
Walk left to kiosk at trails and go on furthest left trail (Fossil Ridge Trail) across small wood boardwalk to wood rail on left as trail bends right. Continue 45 steps to just before trail goes left and downhill. Go right uphill 15 steps, going between two cedar trees, to oak tree. LB is at back base under rock.

Hike length: 0.1 miles
