The Area on the North-East Corner of 56th Street and Montgomery Road is a City of Phoenix Preserve Area. Park along the dirt road area on 56th street near large boulders to the west. Look for a trail, there will be no names of the trails. All trails are made by local neighbors of this area.
Follow the trails to the South west corner of the trail preserve area. You will come to a small parking lot designated for the public school- Lone Mountain Elementary. Go the ‘Yellow School Zone’ Sign. From this sign walk north to another sign ‘No MOTORIZED VEHICLES’.
Look under a large rock for the letterbox!
