The answers to the questions in the clues for this webbox are located in Abraham Lincoln Birthplace National Historical Park in central Kentucky. Letterboxes are not allowed to be physically placed in national parks and monuments administered by the U. S. National Park Service. So, I have created this webbox. You must actually visit the area of the clues; however, you need to go to the Web to obtain your finders stamp and sign the log book.

Enter Abraham Lincoln Birthplace National Historical Park which is off of U. S. Highway 31E south of Hodgenville. Park in the lot by the visitor center.

At the west end of the parking lot, top of the loop facing the Memorial Cabin Building, look for the colorful interpretive sign titled “Nancy Lincoln Inn”. In the left paragraph under the title (starts with the words “The Nancy Lincoln Inn is”, in the 2nd line what is the 6th word _____? [I suggest you take photos of the signs to prevent future problems]!

Now continue down to the beginning of the boundary Oak Trail, west end of the park. Find the colorful interpretive sign titled Boundary Oak”. In the left paragraph under the title (starts with the words “The Boundary Oak was”, in the 2nd line what is the 1st word _____?

To create the mystery word, put the word from the second question on the end of the word from the first question (without spaces). Paste the mystery word into this URL (replacing the question marks “???” with the mystery word):

http://nostalgia.esmartkid.com/???.html

Now, plug/paste/type the new URL into your web browser and you will have completed your search for the Abraham Lincoln Birthplace Historical Park Webbox.

Please record your find at www.letterboxing.org/ .
