Follow Old Spanish Trail until you see Jeremy Crossing; your trail starts here. If you go past the sign for Jeremy Wash, you've just missed your turn. Walk down the dirt road and look for a tree on the left side that seems to have less grass in front of it than the others. You are looking for a small purple box near it's base.
