Directions: From RT.6 take RT.12 South go down the hill and there will
be a package store on the left pull in and turn to the left and park in
the corner of the lot by the road.Across the street there will be a
water treatment plant and to the right of the plant you will see a sign
indicating a bike trail.Cross the street carefully and enter the bike
trail.Walk along the river and soon you will pass two ball feilds on
your left keep on going. Then the trail will bend to the left then to
the right. pass by the little turtle rock on your left and soon the
paved path you have been walking on will stop but you don't.Keep going
on the dirt path down and up to the right. walk along the river and you
will see a gully going down leading to the river go down the gully and
turn to the right.you will see trees with their roots twisting all
together in the embankment.Standing, facing those trees, to the right
are two smaller trees with a small rock growing in it under the roots.
behind some small rocks is the New Jersey Letterbox.Please do not remove
the bigger rocks on top of the roots, go under and move the smaller ones
to retreive the box.Please rehide well this is a very popular fishing
