This is a duct taped mini-pouch.
Enter the parking area for the Hal Scott Preserve off Dallas Blvd. From the parking lot, you can see the map kiosk straight down the major trail about 1/8 mile. Head to that kiosk. Their is a fence just before you get to the kiosk. Go through the fence, the box is located at the base of the second fence post on the kiosk side of the fence, under 2 rocks. The sign on the correct fence post advertises The Hall Scott Regional Preserve and Park's longleaf pine planting project.
