This is a short easy walk, with beautiful views.
On the drive up towards Mount Lemmon, pull over and park at the Molino Canyon Vista, which is between mile marker 4 and 5. From the parking lot, take the paved walkway with a metal railing, leading in the direction of the river bed. After a few steps, the paved walkway splits. Go to the right and down the 5 wooden steps. Walk about 100 steps on the dirt path. Then you will see 3 separate sets of 4 wood steps. Go up the first set of 4 wood steps. Immediately on your left is a social trail that leads in the direction of the river bed. Take about 20 steps to an 8' tall Mesquite (?) Bush. The box is at the base of this Bush under a rock that is about the size of a big orange.
