***NOTE*** Sept. 12, 2004- A GEOCACHER HAS TAKEN MY STAMP! Thanks to C & H from CT for the heads up. Please, if anyone has any info on where this stamp might be, please contact me. I carved it by hand and it was pretty time consuming. I will try to carve another one but I don't know when I'll have the chance to do so. I am hoping that whoever took it will bring it back ASAP (I don't know anything about geocaching so I don't know what the likelihood of seeing my stamp again is).

NOTE: This stamp is still missing; when it is replaced I will make a note of it

Brunswick's 250th Anniversary Park

Take 295 to exit 28 (formerly exit 22)- continue on Pleasant Street into downtown Brunswick. When you reach Maine Street, turn left. Eventually you will see a big red brick building called Fort Andross on the left. Turn into the Fort Andross parking lot and park here (there are "one hour parking" spaces available); cross the street at the crosswalk to the "Brunswick's 250th Anniversary Park". Follow the gravel path to the staircase. Go down one staircase, then the other (check out the rock in between the two staircases to find out the meaning of the word "Androscoggin"!). At the bottom of the second staircase, look left. Do you see an 8-trunked tree by the water's edge? Look there to find the "Brunswick-Topsham Bridge" letterbox!
