This box is hidden in White Tank Mountain Regional Park southwest of Surprise. There is a fee to enter the park. The park entrance is at the west end of Olive Ave. Ask for a park and trail map when paying the entrance fee.
Go to the playground off of Waterfall Canyon Rd. Walk south from the playground until you hit a small group of 3 picnic tables. When you are at the picnic tables, turn east. You will see a small path up a hill. The path runs directly up the hill to a small tree standing alone. Search for the letter box by the base of the tree. Please be kind and only take 1 girl scout S.W.A.P, and leave the rest for future finders!
Be aware of your surroundings. Watch for snakes and other possibly dangerous desert animals.
Please be sure the contents are double ziplocked when you put them back in the box (i.e. the stamp is in a ziploc, the book is in a ziploc, and the two are in the larger ziploc bag). Please rehide the box well under the rock, twigs and plant debris so that it can not be seen from any direction.
