Turning WEST off of Hwy 395, between Little Lake and Pearsonville is Nine Mile Canyon Road. This windy road is one of the epic road bike climbs in the country and takes you to beautiful Kennedy Meadows.
CLUE:
At the bottom of Nine Mile Canyon Road, find the cattle gate and the "Chimney Peak Recreation Area" sign. Around the sign is the SPOR with the pouch.
Now go to Kennedy Meadows and have a burger at Grumpy Bears :)
