In case Google gives you troubles, Mills Ave. is at 30.306834, -97.748509. Park on the street behind the (currently) empty old Randall's store.
Walk to the NE end of the road where it dead ends, and look to your right where there is a green bench. Walk to the bench and continue East to the walking trail. Turn right.
Walk until you get to the historical marker of the Seiders Oaks on your right. There will be a path to cross the creek on your left.
Turn left to cross the creek then turn right at the T.
Keep going past the springs on your left (I always enjoy checking out the oasis of lush greenery!) until you get to the end of the paved path and see stairs on your immediate left.
Go 26 paces past end of the paved path and stairs.
5 paces off the trail on your left you'll see a small tree / large shrub with multiple trunks.
The pouch is hidden behind the main clump of trunks with a piece of rock propping it up. Please try to prop it back upright when you're done :)
