Waterfalls Six--Unpaved Road closed in winter.

Sperry Falls

Directions

Trail Head Directions
From North: From the intersection of CT route 42 and route 69 in Bethany, drive 5.0 miles south on route 69 to Morris road. Take a right onto Morris road. At .6 miles take a left onto Sperry road. Turns into a dirt road, continue to "Road Closed" sign (.4 miles from Morris road). Park here. Or if the gate is open drive to the parking lot.

Hiking Directions

If the gate is closed, hike along dirt Sperry road until you come to a Y in the road turn left up the hill to a parking area. Take trail on the left. There is a rock at the trail entrance engraved "Sperry Park". Continue along the trail straight to the falls

Clues

Once you reach the falls climb on the knoll on the right overlooking the falls. The “Sperry Falls” letterbox is about twenty steps north under a large pancake shaped rock which is on top of a stone wall. Look under a flat rock to the left of the tree. Enjoy the falls.
