Ever since 1913, this has been the best view in Oregon City. Park at the base and follow the concrete wall to the right until you get to a metal ladder. Go around the corner. On top of the concrete wall is now a wooden border. At the second and bigger piece of wood, right where it starts, reach up and over to claim the box.
Please note that most of my boxes are placed so that people with limited mobility can find them. I have a very bad knee and I sympathize with those who have troubles in this area. While it may not be a challenge to find the box, sometimes the bigger challenge is to be discrete.
