Since 1913, this has been the best view in Oregon City. Park at the base and go up. After viewing the pictorial history of the area, go to the right and past the parking lot. Have a seat at the first bench. Look around to make sure no one is watching, I'd suggest you also look from where you came, as people up there may have a good view of you. If you are sitting on the bench, behind you is a rock wall. From the corner, one foot over and one foot up is a rock that you can pull out. I found that the rock fit pretty good in my hand. In the hole is the box.
Please note that most of my boxes are placed so that people with limited mobility can find them. I have a very bad knee and I sympathize with those who have troubles in this area. While it may not be a challenge to find the box, sometimes the bigger challenge is to be discrete.
