Thermopolis, home to The World's Largest Mineral Hot Springs, attracts tourists from all around the world. There are several mineral pools with slides in the beautiful Hot Springs State Park. A geological treasure.
The town's newest draw is the Wyoming Dinosaur Museum and Dig. At the Museum you can join a tour to some of the 60 active dig sites, join their dig-for-a-day program, or just admire the array of full-size mounted dinosaur skeletons in the museum. The museum is newly remodeled to make room for "Jimbo" the Wyoming Supersaurus.
There are several old agricultural implements on display in the weeds along the edge of the museum parking lot. Look for the letterbox under the hitch on the hayrake.
If it needs maintenance which you can provide, we'd be grateful.
