X-If you ever find yourself on Sonny’s Trail, enjoying the Turtle Pond, look over your shoulder. Take 35 steps southwards (you’ll have to curve around the scrub and cross the path) to a beech tree with droopy branches touching the ground to make an arbor. Just behind, find a low rock.
XX-Just before the Wood Duck Pond, find a faint trail leading south to the brook (a discarded, corrugated steel pipe will appear if you’ve gone to far). 25 steps upstream you’ll see a sawn stump on the right and a big tree on the bank to the left. Look behind the fallen tree just uphill.
XXX-At the South Meadow, head a short way downstream along the northern edge of the field to a bluebird house, and cut into the woods. Find a small cairn there and 10 steps east, look in the pile of old wood.
