This one is very easy to find and is a fun stamp commemorating our camping trip.
The easiest way to get to the area is to stop in Tellico Plains at the vistor center and pick up a map. The letterbox is hidden at #41, North River.
If you have no map, simply follow the signs through Tellico Plains toward the Cherohala Skyway. Once you are all the way through town, there will be a Y in the road, one going up the Skyway, the other to Bald River Falls. Take the Bald River Falls road.
The falls are beautiful, so be sure to stop and enjoy them! On past the falls a little ways will be a road going off to the left toward North River and some cabin. I have forgotten the name. Take that road and follow it around to North River Campground #3. It will be on the right, pas #1 and #2.
From the entrance to the campground, look back across the road (with your back to the creek) toward the woods and you will see a stump poking up directly across the road. Your box is to the right of the stump!
