Hidden on: 8/29/2001
This box was hidden in honor of an awesome mathematical archeological find at
Cahokia Mounds. Hunt for it after first picking up a trail map at the museum
and locating the Cahokia box.

The coordinates will take to your starting point.
N 38° 39.620 W 090° 05.000
Begin at Woodhenge trail marker A 11.
Proceed to the center pole.
On July 9,2002 at 5:30 pm the shadow falls due east pointing straight at Monks' Mound.
Face North.
"Put Red Fred to Bed" and head to the pole on the perimeter. (Orienteering talk for place the red needle into the red outline and head in that direction as you walk)
Take 5 to 6-1/2 strides to the brush line.
Stride = 2 steps
Take 3 paces West.
Pace = 1 step
Green Cannister in the fork of small brush tree.
The container is about 9 inches long and cylinderical & green.
Close all ziplocks and wedge tightly back into place.
Please avoid giving away the hiding place to others.
