You have to find the deadwood box to find this one. I am going to make all of my placements in an order so you can get to a few of them in a day. Plus it's fun.

After finding the "Deadwood" box, go south to the nearest entrance to the cemetery, it should be on your right side. Now look across the cemetery for two buildings. One is a “rocking shop” and the other an old shoe factory. Cross the cemetery towards the buildings. The fence on this side (west side) has two entrances. Follow the fence to the exit that is the farthest north on that side. Now look for a flagpole with a night watchman. Stop there and look for a fire hydrant with a horse tie-out next to it. Stand on the sidewalk next to the tie-out. 37 to 38 paces down the sidewalk directly west stop there. You should be standing with a pine tree on your left and a pear tree on your right. Look down left under the pine tree and you will see a lonely rock. Under the rock is the box. Inside the box is a very small notepad. (sorry about that) If you have a big stamp just get as much as you can on it. There is to start with, a small brass skeleton key. If you are the first one there, take the key and leave something else. So everyone keep on trading objects and write down what you took and what you left. Have fun. By the way I know the owners of the house that the tree is by. I informed them and they don’t care if people stop for the letterbox. Just BE RESPECTFUL.
