Easy find; moderate travel to reach. This letterbox is located along the famous YRT and Youghigheny River. Start your journey at the Ohiopyle State Park rest station and walk or bike the trail towards Confluence. (You can also start from the opposite direction in Confluence). Proceed along the trail past mile marker 6, (just before coming from Confluence). This will be five miles from Ohiopyle. There will be a large cleared area on the river side of the trail with two benches and a small roofed shelter. There is a wide trail leading to the river. Take the trail to the point where it crests, but don't go down. There will be a path leading to the right, and you will see a small tree that looks like a chair. Go to the tree and continue for about 15 paces. There on your right will be a large stone. Looking over the stone you will see four trees springing from a single base (about 20 feet away). This is what you seek. The letterbox is in the center of the four trees where the meet.

Happy Letterboxing.
