Find King Jack Park. Find the huge marker that details the history of Webb City. Facing the front of this sign, look left and notice, beyond the flagpole, a rather large solitary rock. The letterbox is under this rock. Do not try to lift or move the rock--carefully reach underneath the middle of the rock from the back.
