Easy Find

Status: Letterbox stolen after July 2006. Very sad. I will archive it for now. Thanks to all who visited this box.

This letterbox is placed in honor of my son's 4th Birthday. He loves trains and had a very good time riding the train here.

Background:
This is a nice park with a lot of play areas for the kids. The biggest area is called "Kids Kingdom". It is a new play structure with cute paintings scattered throughout. There is also the Sweet Tooth Shop open in the spring and summer to buy snacks. The park has a small wading pool for kids 8 and under and is free. There is a relaxing flower garden to enjoy as well.

Location:
For a map and other information about the park go to:

The park is on the corner of Stolley Park Rd. and Blaine Street. This is East of Hwy 281.

Clues:
From Stolley Park Rd, turn South on Blaine St. The park entrance is on the left. Follow the road in and around until you see Kids Kingdom. Park here.
Walk behind the Sweet Tooth Shop to the Train Depot. Take a ride on the train (for a small fee) and enjoy the view of the park. Exit the train depot and walk across to the original Stolley family house.
In the front yard is a large evergreen shrub. The box is hidden at the base of this shrub. It is a little hard to get at. You will have to crawl underneath a bit or have a small child do it for you. The shrub seemed a little sparse to me in places and the base of it had a nice place to put the box that seemed well enough hidden from view.
This is a very busy park, so be discreet when finding and re-hiding this box.

Let me know if you find it and how it's doing. Thanks, and enjoy!
