Stamp carved by Phyto
Placed and cared for by Pansy
I'm sad to say that someone has taken the stamp and log book and so I have removed the container and will achieve the letterbox. 9/10/06

This box is placed at The Crystal Point Conversation Area on Crystal Street. There is limited parking along the road by the sign. This is a popular spot to fish on Crystal Lake and so care should be taken. There is no boating or swimming allowed as this is a water supply for the city of Haverhill. There are unmarked trails to follow and rocks to climb. For those of you who have visited the Ayers Village Letterbox you know this area did have two shoe shops at one time and so that is why you will find a boot in the middle of the woods. While here you can also find The Feathered Visitor down the road at Crystal Gorge.

Trail starts behind the sign.
Note the three graces on the left as you walk.
Pass through the stone wall and take a left.
You'll see a trail to the left but keep to the right.
Follow the trail up through the canopy of trees.
There is a trail to your right, take this.
Cross the bridge and head up.
At the fork look toward the 3 trunked tree.
Stand on the right of this tree and go 4 steps straight and stop.
Beyond this spot you will see a rock, walk toward this.
Between the lying rocks by the dead tree you will find the box under leaves.
It is quarded on the right by 2 oak trees.
