This Letterbox is designed to introduce you to a gorgeous area of Michigan that few people explore and provide you with a glimpse of Michigan history about America's only "King." The clues are challenging and it could take 2 hours or more to solve. Beaver Island is a summer playground for the nature lover and sportsman. Lots of trails to hike & bike, beautiful beaches, scuba diving, fishing (both inland and Great Lake) and shops of all kind.

Getting There: take US31 to the Beaver Island Boat Company ferry dock. (www.bibco.com) 103 Bridge Park Dr. Charlevoix, MI 1-888-446-4095

Bring your car or rent one on the Island from Gordon's Auto rental (231-448-2438)

Please read the entire set of clues first. You may need information from an early site later on in the search and this will help you avoid retracing your steps.
