Due to the large flooding we had this Winter .. the river rose too high.. and our poor little box was washed away...

Fish at Woods Creek Letterbox

Start at Lewis Street Park
531 South Lewis St.
Monroe, WA

Directions to Park:
From Highway 2 in Monroe, turn south on Lewis Street (Highway 203), and in about a half-mile (before the bridge over the Skykomish River) turn left into the parking lot.

Take the trail that starts on the East side of the restrooms.
Go over the bridge and enter Al Borlin Park.
Go to the SW most corner of the park where the grass ends.
Look for a sideways tree with two branches sticking up and one towards the river. Where the Woods Creek meets the Skykomish River.
Under the branches at the base of the tree is the “Fish at Woods Creek” box.

Please make sure to re-hide this box well. Let us know if it needs any attention.
