Snidely Whiplash
Right Under Your Nose Gathering Series
Grayson Park – April 2006
Snidely Whiplash is the stereotypical villain of the silent movie era, wearing black clothing, cape, and a top hat. He is notorious for abducting pretty young blond girls and tying them to the railroad track. His villainous laugh echoes in the woods as he twirls his long mustache and waits for the train.
Snidely will be an uninvited guest at the Right Under Your Nose gathering. He will be lurking in the Leland Cypress bushes under a flower pot. All pretty young blonds should approach this box with caution.
He is sure to catch someone. After the gathering, Snidely will whisk his prize away to Stone Mountain Park where he will tie her to the railroad track and hide waiting for the train. Clues will be posted later giving his hiding spot.
But wait – Dudley Do-Right will come to the rescue as he always does. Will he get there in time? You will have to go to find Snidely in the park to find out.
Note: Those who found Snidely at the gathering may record their find under this clue. When Snidely finally finds a place to tie his prize to the railroad track this clue will be edited to direct seekers to the new location. From there they will be able to search for Dudley Do-Right.
