Here's a lovely little park where you can play tennis, have a picnic, watch the traffic go by on the busy boulevard, use the "facilities" and even find a letterbox. On the north side of the restroom is a light pole with a square base the lifts up--you'll be amazed by what you find there. Luckily you will be able to conveniently wash your hands afterward.
Going north on Indian Hill, the park is on the east side of the boulevard in the corner of the jog just past downtown.
