**8/22/08 update from finder - could not find boxes, thinks they are missing

The Strasburg Rail Road Station is located on Route 741 East in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Get further information at www. StrasburgRailRoad.com. This is a wonderful outing for fun people of all ages. I would highly recommend the Open Air car on beautiful days.

Explore America's oldest short-line rail road. Hop aboard the steam engine that will take you through the beautiful PA Dutch countryside, all the way to Paradise, PA. As the conductor takes your ticket, tell him that you want to depart at the picnic/playground area. On the way back the train will stop at this picnic area. Depart the train. Spend some time picnicing, playing on the teeter totter, or checking out the the Maize Maze. Assuming you're not on the last train of the day, you'll be able to catch a later train back to the station for no additional charge.

**8/5/08 update from finder - The area is currently unsavory due to ground hog trapping.
**7/15/07 update from finder - There is an extreme amount of poison ivy here, so much that you may not want to make the short trek. Consider long pants, gloves, and tecnu.

When you are ready, find the swing set and take the trail into the woods just off to the right of the swings as you face them. You will ascend the hill. Watch out for groundhog holes and be prepared for lots of poison ivy!

When the path splits, stay left. Head all the way up almost to the field. Towards the left you will see the base of a large uprooted tree with what looks like a large groundhog mound/hole. Pass this and go left a couple more steps until you see two different kinds of trees growing inches apart from each other near the field line. These trees look like they are coming from the same base but they are not. They are medium sized trees but you can see by the bark that these two trees are different. Just to the right of these trees is a smaller tree with a spiraling vine climbing up it. At the base of this tree is what you seek.

This box is a very short walk from the playground, pretty much directly up the hill then to the left as you get near the field at the top. Hopefully you won't have any trouble finding it. However, I had little time to plant this box as I was juggling 4 little boys and I could hear the whistle of the train I needed to catch. I didn't have time to find larger rocks and branches to help hide it as I would have liked. And I won't be able to get back for some time. Please look after my box and help to hide it better than I did. I have it wrapped in camo burlap but it still could use a couple rocks or limbs on it. Also, if you have any additional clues to add to mine I would appreciate it. I worry that I might have missed something with my clues (or gotten my clues confused with the HB HL BB bonus box).

There is no ink or pen included here. So please bring your own. Black is recommended. I'd love to hear from you regarding your Rail Road adventure. Enjoy!
