Directions: From Route 146 North, take the Pound Hill Road exit. At end of exit ramp, turn left and continue straight 1/8 mile. From Route 146 South, take Pound Hill Road exit. At end of ramp, take right and continue straight for l/8 mile.

Once at Homestead Gardens, you will need to start at the path to the left, as you face the pond. As you walk the path, be sure to take the time to enjoy the flowers and the beauty of the gardens. Continue along the path, crossing over the bridge. Box #1 will be to the left of the brige, where you would find a troll living. (You may want to take the box to the table to do your stamping).
Once you finish, you may be tempted to continue around the pond and enjoy the beauty, but you need to cross over the second bridge and follow the not so beautiful path. Keep your eyes to the pond, looking for the fallen tree into the water. As you locate this tree, look to your right for the large standing tree. Approaching this tree, to the left, there is the remains of a tree not so lucky. Here you will find Box #2.
Back track to the beautiful pond. Continue along the pond in the way you haven't travelled yet. Stop and enjoy the view on the bench. As you continue, make your way to the General Store. Past the store, you will see a windmill. Enjoy the scenery but to find Box #3 you wil have to look along the rocks to the left of the steps. You need not go all around to the back. You will find Box #3 behind the loose rocks hiding a hole with the box.
Hope you have enjoyed both the letterboxing and the beauty of the gardens. Before leaving, visit the general store or enjoy refreshments at the snack bar.
