A lovely spot for an Easter Egg Hunt! The first few finders will get a special silly treat for their Easter baskets! One per person, please.
The box is in Briones Regional Park in Martinez, at the Bear Creek Staging Area entrance. The parking fee is $3.
Go to the Oak Grove picnic area, to the left of the kiosk. You are looking for the farthest picnic tables past the horseshoe pits. A fallen log near a water spigot hides your treasure in broken bark on the west side of the log. Please re-hide carefully.
There are wonderful hiking trails in the park and other picnic areas to enjoy. Have a nice visit and Happy Easter!
