Go east on South Street to Hub Pool. (You will see a short wooden sign that says, “Hub Pool /Sauerman Woods City Park.” It is on the left side.) Go through Hub Pool parking lot and down the small road in the back corner, past the playground and gazebo. Take the gravel road to the end. You will see two yellow posts and a chain. This is the beginning of the trail.
Walk through the open trail until you come to a split . . . go left (about 85 paces)
Keep walking until you come to a large log with an overturned stump in front of it (about 125 paces)
Go around to the back of the log and look in the hole. Inside you will find the letterbox.
