Your journey begins at the Glacier Park on Whalehead rd. In Gales Ferry. It is between Vinegar hill and tanglewood rd. Park in the parking lot on whalehead rd.

Enter on the mulch trail and follow the Blue trail... When you get to the first fork you will take a right. In a couple feet anouther fork will come up and you take a left ( if you come to a hugenormous rock on top of a small rock then you missed the left). Proceed on the blue trail and you will begin to go uphill. You will start seeing alot of rocks everywhere (watch your feet the path is very rocky). As you go downhill you will be weaving in and out of rocks until you come to a large rock with an arrow pointing in the direction you must go to stay on the trail. You will soon be in a boulder field so be sure to keep your eye out for the blue markings as they become more difficult to see. As you continue on the trail you will come to anouther large rock with an arrow.. Go behind this rock and you will spot a blue bench. Stand behind the bench with your backside against it. About ten feet in front of you you will see a large rock between two trees and behind that one is a large, flat on top, green moss covered rock that looks as if a tree split it in two. Find the split in the rock and you will find the rocky toad!!! Good luck!!! Please make sure you rehide in original spot. Thank you!!!
