This letterbox was planted by two little girls
Who seek to find flowers, butterflies
A hidden gem, or maybe even pearls
The looking is always fun
But can’t always be done
So we decided to share one
The stamp enclosed is not hand made
Daughters and mothers are not stamp carvers
True the artwork skill was paid
We hope you enjoy our attempt at boxers
Beauty is Everywhere
The two birds on the stamp represent the two girls who planted this box, Madeleine and Genevieve.
Find the Children's Memorial Garden. It's a lovely area with stone benches, take a moment to think about all the children who have been given wings much too soon.
Facing the stone marker, turn to face south east.
Take 22 steps, turn towards the woods.
Look for a trail.
Note, there is a lot of poison ivy lining the trail, use caution!
As you walk on the trail you will soon see a large pine tree with two large trunks.
Behind this tree on your left, there is an old tree, now a log laying on the ground.
Beauty is Everywhere can be found about half way up the log, underneath.
Hike length: 0.1 miles
