Jacobsburg is a beautiful "hidden" gem here in Northampton County PA. The letter box is not far from the two parking lots on Henry Road, but is also accessible from the Belfast road parking lot, you will just have to hike about 2 miles round trip to find it, but it is worth it! The hike is easy and the scenery is beautiful along the creek. Dogs are welcome, so bring your best friend and partner in crime if you can.

This box is located under one of Jacobsburg's bridges and is very easily accessible from Henry Road. If you park at the first parking on the right after getting off Route 33 (follow the signs for Boulton Historic site), you will walk down the path on the left of the parking lot if you are facing the bathroom, stay right to go farther into the woods. The path will split, straight takes you across a small foot bridge, but left will take you to the letter box. Stay to the right of the bridge to go down by the creek. Once under the bridge you will find the box hidden on the backside of the bridge support beams. There is a rock to help you figure out where to look. :)

If you park at the Belfast road lot, you will have to do the hikers only loop to get the far bridge where the box is.

Happy hunting!
